Cut-to-Code Accuracy & Lock Compatibility

Strict Verification: Every key ordered with our "Cut by Code" service is precisely punched to factory specifications and meticulously hand-checked with a professional key gauge to guarantee absolute accuracy against the code provided.

Functionality Limitations: Because we do not have physical access to your specific lock, we can only rely on the code you submit. Therefore, we cannot guarantee proper function inside the lock itself. Our responsibility is strictly limited to accurately cutting the key to the exact code provided upon checkout.

Artistic Variations & MOPA Fiber Laser Production

Manufacturing Variations: Our art keys are individually processed using a state-of-the-art MOPA Fiber laser. Due to this specialized, high-precision engraving process, expect minor, unique variations from key to key.

Photography & Aesthetics: The highly reflective nature of laser-etched metal makes it extremely difficult to accurately capture the true beauty of these works of art on camera. Your physical key may look slightly different than the website photos, but it will likely look significantly better in person, as the naked eye will pick up brilliant iridescence and dynamic color shifts that standard photography simply cannot capture.
