Overview & Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and purchase of technical hardware, precision key blanks, custom art keys, cut-to-code duplication services, and locksmithing equipment through Dysonian. By accessing our platform, commissioning code-cutting services, or purchasing locksmith tooling, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Use of Our Online Store
Our products and services are available exclusively to individuals legally permitted to purchase, possess, and operate specialized security hardware and locksmithing instruments under applicable municipal, state, and federal statutes. You agree not to utilize any Dysonian product or documentation for unlawful entry, unauthorized duplication, or any activity that compromises personal safety or property security.
Statutory Compliance & Tooling Notice:
The sale, distribution, and possession of locksmithing tools, decoders, lock picks, and code-cutting equipment are subject to stringent jurisdictional regulations. Certain jurisdictions restrict the sale or possession of lock-manipulation tools to licensed locksmiths, certified law enforcement professionals, institutional defense personnel, or verified commercial security contractors.
By purchasing restricted items from Dysonian, you explicitly warrant that you possess all requisite legal credentials, licenses, or legitimate educational authorizations required in your jurisdiction, and you agree to furnish verifiable verification credentials upon demand prior to order fulfillment.
Product Descriptions & Pricing Accuracy
We strive to provide exhaustive precision in product specifications, bitting tolerances, material compositions, and pricing. However, inadvertent typographical errors, dimensional revisions from metal mills, or pricing misstatements may occasionally occur. Because our custom art keys are individually processed using a MOPA Fiber laser, slight aesthetic variations and dynamic color shifts are an expected part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. Dysonian reserves the right to correct any error, cancel pending orders placed with erroneous pricing, and update catalog specifications without prior notification.
Orders, Billing & Account Information
All cut-to-code requests, customized key engravings, and technical tool orders are subject to acceptance and verification. You agree to submit authentic, current, and complete purchase information. Custom-machined keys and cut-to-bitting services are non-refundable once milling or decoding operations have commenced.
Furthermore, because Dysonian relies solely on customer-provided key codes and does not have physical access to the target lock, we explicitly disclaim any guarantee of proper mechanical function inside the lock itself.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, proprietary keyway profiles, technical documentation, CAD illustrations, product photography, and brand assets displayed on Dysonian are the exclusive intellectual property of Dysonian or its licensors. Reproduction, reverse engineering of proprietary tooling, or unauthorized commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimers
Dysonian products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall Dysonian, its directors, machinists, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misapplication, improper operation, or unauthorized use of our equipment, keys, or technical resources.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or tooling shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
